01Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using vusolabs.com (the "Site") or placing an order for any product offered by VUSO Labs LLC ("VUSO Labs," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Research Disclaimer. Placing an order constitutes your binding agreement to all of them. All sales are final — see the Refund Policy.

02Eligibility & research use

All materials offered through the Site are supplied strictly for laboratory and research use only. They are not drugs, foods, cosmetics, or dietary supplements, and are not intended for human or animal consumption, diagnostic use, or any therapeutic application.

By using the Site or placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are a qualified researcher or institution, at least 21 years of age (and of legal age in your jurisdiction, if higher), and that you will handle, store, and dispose of all materials in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and institutional safety requirements. You further represent that you are acting in a professional or institutional research capacity, not as a consumer, and that you will not export or re-export any material contrary to applicable export-control laws.

03Accounts & orders

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including where we suspect misuse or a violation of these Terms.

• Pricing, availability, and product descriptions are subject to change without notice; batch-specific documentation values are published as certificates are issued.
• Order acceptance occurs upon shipment confirmation; we may decline or cancel any order before dispatch.
• Payment is due in full at checkout and is processed by Stripe; we accept the payment methods Stripe presents at checkout and never store full card details.

04Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site or any product in a manner that is unlawful, unsafe, or inconsistent with the research-use-only positioning described throughout this Site. Prohibited conduct includes, without limitation:

• Reselling, redistributing, or repackaging materials for human or animal consumption.
• Misrepresenting the intended use of any material to circumvent these Terms.
• Attempting to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Site.
• Reselling, relabelling or repackaging materials for any use other than laboratory research; representing any material as a food, drug, supplement or cosmetic; or supplying materials to any party you know or suspect intends non-research use.

05Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product imagery, and the VUSO Labs name and marks — is owned by or licensed to VUSO Labs LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute Site content without prior written permission. No license to any VUSO Labs mark or content is granted except the limited right to view the Site for lawful research-procurement purposes.

06Disclaimers

The Site and all products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Certificates of analysis, purity figures, and related documentation are provided for informational research purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VUSO Labs disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement; materials are warranted for laboratory research use only and for no other purpose.

07Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VUSO Labs LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any product. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. You agree to indemnify VUSO Labs LLC against claims arising from your use, handling or distribution of materials contrary to these Terms. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; where a limitation is not permitted, it applies to the fullest extent that is.

08Changes & contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
