01All sales are final
VUSO Labs does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Every order is final at the moment payment is completed. There are no change-of-mind refunds, no cancellations after payment, no returns of any kind, and no exchanges for a different compound or amount.
Every listing states the compound, the amount and the format before you order, each product carries artwork whose printed label matches what ships, and checkout requires an explicit research-use acknowledgment. Review your order carefully before paying.
Nothing in this policy limits any right you hold under applicable law that cannot be waived.
02Why
These materials are supplied strictly for laboratory research use. Once a container has left our custody we cannot verify how it was stored or handled, so it can never re-enter stock and can never be resold. A returned item has no value we can recover, which is why the policy is absolute rather than conditional.
03Transit issues
If tracking shows an order never arrived, or a parcel arrives with broken glass or a compromised seal, contact us within 7 calendar days with your order number and photographs. We pursue the carrier claim and, at our discretion, ship a replacement. Replacements are the remedy for transit loss; they are not refunds and do not create a right to one.
