01Scope of intended use

The materials sold on this Site are supplied solely as reference and research materials for qualified professionals working in appropriately equipped laboratory settings. They are intended for in-vitro experimentation and analytical work. Any use outside of a controlled laboratory research context is expressly prohibited and outside the scope of what VUSO Labs authorizes or supports.

02No medical or health claims

Nothing on this Site — including product names, descriptions, category labels, resources, or documentation — constitutes medical advice or a representation of safety or efficacy in humans or animals. VUSO Labs makes no therapeutic, diagnostic, or health claims of any kind. No statement on this Site has been evaluated by any regulatory authority, and no product is approved for human or veterinary use. Materials are not "dietary supplements", are not "drugs" as defined by the U.S. Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and are offered without any authorization for clinical, veterinary or consumer use in any jurisdiction.

Our support team cannot and will not provide medical guidance, dosing instructions, or personal-use recommendations. Questions of that nature are outside our scope; consult a qualified, licensed professional.

03Researcher responsibility

By purchasing or using any material, you represent and warrant that:

• You are a qualified researcher or institution, at least 21 years of age (and of legal age in your jurisdiction, if higher).
• You will use the material solely for lawful laboratory research purposes.
• You will handle, store, label, and dispose of the material in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and institutional safety and biosafety standards.
• You will not administer the material to humans or animals, or resell or repackage it for consumption.
• You warrant that materials will be handled only by qualified personnel, within a facility appropriate for laboratory research, and never administered to humans or animals.

04Regulatory & legal compliance

The legal status of research materials varies by jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to determine whether a material may be lawfully purchased, imported, possessed, and used in your location, and to obtain any permits or authorizations required. VUSO Labs may decline or cancel any order that cannot be fulfilled in a compliant manner. You are solely responsible for confirming that no material is a controlled or restricted substance in your jurisdiction and for holding any import permit or licence your destination requires; export and re-export are subject to applicable export-control laws.

05Documentation & data

Certificates of analysis, purity figures, and related documentation are provided for informational and research purposes to support reproducible laboratory work. Analytical values are batch-specific and, where marked as pending, await verified third-party results. Documentation does not constitute a warranty of fitness for any particular purpose beyond laboratory research. Documentation is provided as issued by the analysing laboratory; we do not warrant its fitness for any decision other than laboratory research use.

06Assumption of risk & liability

You assume all risk and responsibility associated with the handling and use of research materials. To the fullest extent permitted by law, VUSO Labs disclaims liability for any misuse of its products, including any use inconsistent with this Research Disclaimer.
